Service Agreement and Pricing

Approval of this quote confirms acceptance of the services, pricing, and policies described. Pricing is based on the property’s condition and information available at the time of the walkthrough. If the condition of the space requires significantly more time than was reasonably apparent during the walkthrough, or additional tasks are requested before or during the cleaning, the service price may be adjusted to reflect the extra time and work required.

Reschedule/Cancel Policy

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property, running water and electricity, and secure pets and fragile or valuable items before service.

Advance Notice: If a scheduling conflict arises for either of us, we’ll communicate as early as possible and decide whether to reschedule the cleaning or resume service on the next regularly scheduled date.

Unforeseen Circumstances: The client and I may each cancel once per calendar year with less than 24 hours’ notice without a fee or credit. After that courtesy cancellation has been used, an additional late cancellation by the client will result in a $75 fee. If I make an additional late cancellation, the client will receive a $75 credit toward their next cleaning. No fee or credit will apply when service is cancelled because travel or working conditions are reasonably considered unsafe.

Payment and Deposit Policy

A valid card on file is required to secure the initial cleaning appointment. Payment for the initial cleaning will be charged 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If payment cannot be processed, the appointment may need to be postponed. For all recurring cleanings, payment will be charged to the card on file after each service is completed. Paper agreements and alternative payment arrangements may be available upon request.

Damage or Breakage Policy

I take great care while working in your space. If I accidentally damage an item, I will notify you promptly and work with you toward a reasonable repair or replacement. Clients are responsible for identifying fragile, valuable, improperly secured, or previously damaged items before service and moving them to a safe location when appropriate. Normal wear, preexisting damage, and damage resulting from unstable or improperly installed items are not covered.

Tidying before your Cleaning

Your home does not need to be perfectly tidy before I arrive. However, a little preparation, such as putting away clothing, toys, and personal belongings, helps me spend more of my time on the cleaning itself.
